Added a new Necromancer Cart Decoration Installation Kit and a special Halloween Cart Decoration Installation Kit. These can be found on the Headless Horseman boss in the Halloween Dungeon.

Mailboxes not showing the Mail System options like Register Mailbox and other related options has been fixed, you may need to release and re-place your mailboxes if they don't show the correct Mail options on it

Trick or Treating with Halloween Costumes has been fixed for users with negative karma; now anyone can wear a costume and beg vendors for "trick or treating"

GM Tinkerers can now craft Adventurer's Rope, which teleports you to a selected location, similar to the Teleport spell, without requiring mana or reagents. It is single-use with a cooldown of 5 seconds in PvE and 30 seconds in PvP. Crafting requires leather and beeswax. Beeswax can be obtained through the new Gardening Delivery quest from Garin of the Green Thumb in Britain.

Many new Halloween items have been added to grave digging, including new plant seeds for the gardening expansion.

Adventurer's Rope New Cooldown Update: To balance gameplay, a 10-second cooldown has been added between using the Teleport spell and Adventurer's Rope. After teleporting, you'll need to wait 10 seconds before using the rope, and vice versa. Multiple uses of Teleport or Rope alone remain unaffected and the cooldown for PVP is now 30 seconds.

The loot of the skeleton elite in front of the Halloween dungeon has been adjusted (there is also chance of a rare drop :-) )

Now when faction pillars are activated, factions cannot begin accumulating points until at least two factions have entered the faction pillar zone.

The stats for the Summoner's Dark Guardian have been reverted to their original values, with the addition of a one-minute cooldown between Dark Guardian spawns. Please note that we are currently working on a complete overhaul of the Summoner class.

As a reminder, all faction players on the winning side in pillar events will receive 10 faction coins and silver. The losing side will receive 5 faction coins and silver. The overall top player has a 10% chance of winning rare loot, including additional faction coins and gold.

Increased the drop rate for ethereal undead dragon bones from grave digging.

Added a new All Factions chat function, allowing all three factions to communicate with each other.

Increased the drop rate for faction coins from fallen faction players in the overworld to 2 coins and in guarded towns to 4 coins.

Added a rare chance for faction players to receive a faction chest (containing faction coins and gold) when killing faction players outside of pillar events.

Gardening features are rolling out. Please note that it will be done in steps and is subject to change. The first step covers the core system and some special seeds. The original UO T2A seeds with breeding, color hybrids, resources, etc will be rolled out at a later stage:

Public wells have been added to the towns. They will provide water for gardening to those who do not own their own water source.

Thornwick, the gardener vendor has been added to the former alchemist house in Britain, just east of the bank

Plain plant pots and regular dirt have been added to sales inventory of the gardening vendor

A new craftable "Waterbag" has been added to tailoring (no recipe required)

A new craftable watersource "Waterspout" has been added to tinkering (provides water for gardening and will automatically refill after a given period of time)

Garin Of The Green Thumb, the new gardening token vendor has been added to the game (in front of the gardeners house in Britain)

Garin will accept gardening tokens as currency to allow players to buy more fancy and efficient watersources like a fountain and a well, a composter to create dirt from organic waste and a watering can for more convenient plant watering.

The cost to insure Thief Hunter armor has been halved.

A new leaderboard has been placed at the Thief Hunters' Guild in Britannia. Thief hunters can drop the decapitated heads of thieves they have killed onto the bounty hunter to add the kill to their tally.

Rare gardening seeds have been added to the Halloween bosses, exploding tentacle plants and exploding desert cacti.

The loot for the Headless Horseman and Necro Witch has been adjusted, with grave dust and other goodies added.

A new horse-and-cart delivery quest has been introduced. Garin of the Green Thumb, located near the alchemist in Britain, will ask you to deliver three large piles of soil to farmers in Britain, Minoc, and Yew. The farmers will provide rare seeds, which you must return to Garin in exchange for a gardening token. This token can be used to purchase items for the new gardening system.
-The asset for the undead dragon/drake has been updated. Necromancers can now raise undead wyverns, which will use the previous undead dragon asset. Please visit the item fixer in Britain to restore any colors or dyes on your undead dragons if applicable.
