Necromancer Noxious Cloud - Bug Fix

We have deployed a change to address a bug where the Necromancer spell Noxious cloud could cause the heal ticks to be stuck forever.

You or your pet will now require to be inside the noxious field in order to keep receiving heals, otherwise it will expire.
