We are aware of the login issues (error 100) that some users are experiencing due to an issue with the Legends of Aria login server. We've alerted those involved with the LoA Team and have been told that the issue is being actively worked on. However, we don't currently have an ETA for a fix, we are hopeful it will be fixed as quickly as possible. We do apologise for the convenience, and thank you for your patience!

UPDATE: This issue has been resolved and the server is back online. Unfortunately, any accounts that were created since May 31st, the last 48 hours roughly, may have been lost due to this critical issue, and neither LOA nor SOB teams are able to recover them, we're very sorry for the inconvenience. The server is back online now.

PRIOR MESSAGE: Recently, there was an update to the original Legends of Aria infrastructure, specifically impacting the Legends of Aria Account Management page used by all community servers. Unfortunately, this update introduced a critical issue, causing players to log into the wrong accounts inadvertently in some cases.

Due to the severity of this security flaw, we've immediately notified the Legends of Aria infrastructure team and are awaiting a resolution. As a precaution, we've temporarily shut down the game server.

We have confirmation that the issue is being actively investigated and addressed. We'll provide updates as soon as possible.

We've updated the Housing Wiki Page at https://wiki.shardsofbritannia.com/en/housing to clarify the meaning of the "Ageless" house decay state. Ageless houses do not decay and are typically reserved for staff use or public property.

Recently, there’s been some confusion suggesting that Ageless status is granted through favoritism. To be clear, that is not the case. Ageless houses have only been assigned to Staff Members, designated public plots, and, more recently, a few houses awarded through raffles, which are considered public properties for the purpose of this article.

Please understand that Ageless houses are assigned intentionally and are not subject to player requests. Even if a house appears unused, it is reserved for a reason. We kindly ask that you do not request Ageless status, or ask us to move or revoke it from existing houses. Thank you for your understanding.

We've noticed intermittent issues with our CDN provider that hosts our game’s artwork globally. Sometimes, when artwork is updated, players in certain regions experience login connection failures. We are actively working with our current provider and exploring other options to resolve this problem once and for all. We're currently experiencing issues with one of our providers serving the European market. Our team has submitted a detailed ticket, including specific player feedback, to expedite troubleshooting. While we're optimistic about a swift resolution, please note that it may take up to 24 hours (or longer) to fully restore service. We will provide updates as soon as we have more information.

Note: Some users have reported that connecting via a VPN from outside the affected region can serve as a temporary workaround.
