Patron Tokens: Auto-Claim is here!

Patrons can now have their monthly Britannia Tokens claimed for them automatically. Type /patrontokens (or open /patronrewards and choose Monthly Tokens on the Information tab) to open the new Patron Tokens window.

What you can do in the window:

• See your Patron tier, your monthly token amount, and when your next tokens become available
• Claim this month's tokens by hand with one click (/claimpatron still works too)
• Turn Auto-Claim on or off, and choose which of your linked accounts receives the tokens
• Check the current token balance on the account you're playing

How Auto-Claim works:

• Once it's on, your tokens are added each month as soon as they become available, even while you're offline. You'll get a message the next time you log in.
• Any account linked to your Patron benefits can manage the setting. Your other linked accounts get a message whenever it changes.
• Auto-Claim only runs while your Patreon subscription is active. If your subscription lapses, it pauses and picks up again when you resubscribe.

Good to know about Britannia Tokens:

• Tokens stay on the account they're added to and can't be moved to another account afterwards, so pick your Auto-Claim account carefully.
• Spend them at any Donation Vendor: mounts, dyes, banners, house add-ons and more.
• Ask a Donation Vendor "How many Britannia Tokens do I have?" to check your balance at any time.

Missed a month or two? Months that weren't claimed don't carry over automatically, but if you stayed subscribed and missed claiming during a break, we're happy to look into it. Open a support ticket with your Account ID (it looks like xx-xxxx) and the months you think you missed. We'll check them against our records and credit what we can confirm. Only months where your account was linked to your Patron benefits can be credited.
