Sorry there was a delay with the Haunted House Raffle drawing. The winner was picked from all 65 tickets, and the house deed is waiting in their Vault. We've improved the raffle system so future raffles draw on time.
Some of you saw "Dye Tub" in the raffle vendor's prize list. That was a naming mistake in the list: the raffle's prizes were always the pet dyes and costume from its description, and every winner received exactly those. Sorry for the confusion! To make it right, the four pet dye winners now get a bonus: a 5-charge pet dye tub in the colour they won, arriving in their bank with the next daily restart (November 2nd, 09:00 UTC), and they keep their original dye too. The prize list now shows the real item names.
Halloween had a few bumps along the way, from wording mistakes to bugs we should have caught sooner. Thank you for your patience and for reporting them. We're taking what we learned this season and will keep improving how our events, raffles and announcements work. Happy Halloween, and see you at the last few events before it ends on November 7th!
