🔧 Known Issue: Prior Season Reward Recovery (Season 8 → 9)

If you earned Season 8 reward tiers but hadn't claimed them before Season 9 started, the prior-season reward icon isn't showing up. This is the recovery feature that's supposed to give you a window to still collect rewards you earned — it isn't working for this season change.

Your rewards aren't lost. We can read everyone's end-of-Season-8 progress from our backups, so nothing you earned has been destroyed.

We're working on identifying how many characters were affected and restoring what we can for them, plus a permanent fix so future season changes handle this automatically.

You don't need to do anything — we can find affected accounts from the backups. Just avoid account transfers or character deletions until this is sorted, as those complicate restoring your rewards.
