🟢 Known Issue: Items Turned Green

Status: Fixed. The server is back up.

A bug in tonight's update accidentally coloured players' items, and some pets, bright green, which also stopped them stacking. To put everything back exactly as it was, including custom dyes, we rolled the world back to 8:00 PM Central on October 9th (01:00 UTC on October 10th). Anything done after that time was undone.

If you lost progress in that window, you don't need to do anything: we can see exactly what was lost, and on a later login we'll automatically give back Gem Mastery XP, Mastery Gems and newly tamed pets, with a message telling you what came back. As a thank-you, every account that lost progress will also get a 24-hour 25% skill-gain boost on all of its characters. If you lost something else important, open a Support Ticket in Discord.

We're very sorry. This one is on us, and we're working harder on how we test and release fixes so that mistakes like this don't reach the live server again.
