The Item Fixer NPC was added recently as a temporary on-demand fixer but they have been promoted to full-time and relocated to Counselor Hall buildings in Britain, Minoc and Yew, to remain permanently.

They can now fix the following issues:

• Cloaks fitting in the wrong slot
• MLK Book handout not opening
• Halloween Masks fitting in the wrong slot
